Cold Food Bars for Display or Self Serve
Total Commercial Equipment offers the complete range of Woodson, Koldtech, Pastorfrigor, Pastorkalt and Roband Cold Food Displays, Cabinets, Sandwich Preperation or Cold Food Bars with glass gantries of all shapes and sizes. Cold Food Displays are available to take all size gastronorm pans from 2 bay to 6 bay wide. They are available with trolleys or can be installed in a bench of your choice however a cut out needs to be made for the integrated refrigeration unit.
Cold Food Displays or Cold Food Bars are available with various profiles such as straight glass, curved glass or square glass. They can come with sneeze guards for self serve, with sliding doors to help keep the cold in, a tray race to assist with serving and mid shelves to display product on a second level.

Boiling Water, Urns
Total Commercial Equipment offers a full range of Hot Water Urns.
The bench top range come in 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 litre models all made from stainless steel. The concealed element feature ensures water is not in contact with the elements ensuring longevity, low maintenance and reliability.
The wall mount range comes in 2.5 - 60 litre models and are mounted above sink with water connected to ensure endless boiling water in a safe environment.

Total Commercial Equipment offers the full range of bench top fryers. Total Commercial can offer several brands of fryers in 10 amp, 15 amp and 20 amp electric heat including Woodson, Roband, Roller Grill and FED etc. We have a fryer to suit your requirtements and your budget.
Woodson Fryers are Australian made so you can be assured of quality and back up service. Woodson and Roband Fryers are available in single or twin pan, 5L or 8L oil capacities. Roller Grill offer a 12L bench top fryer that requires a 20 amp 1 phase supply, with this power you can be assure of the quickest recovery bench top fryer on the market!
