Cold Food Bars for Display or Self Serve
Total Commercial Equipment offers the complete range of Woodson, Koldtech, Pastorfrigor, Pastorkalt and Roband Cold Food Displays, Cabinets, Sandwich Preperation or Cold Food Bars with glass gantries of all shapes and sizes. Cold Food Displays are available to take all size gastronorm pans from 2 bay to 6 bay wide. They are available with trolleys or can be installed in a bench of your choice however a cut out needs to be made for the integrated refrigeration unit.
Cold Food Displays or Cold Food Bars are available with various profiles such as straight glass, curved glass or square glass. They can come with sneeze guards for self serve, with sliding doors to help keep the cold in, a tray race to assist with serving and mid shelves to display product on a second level.

Cake and Patisserie Displays
Total Commercial Equipment has an extensive range of Cake or Patisserie Displays and Cabinets. These self contained refrigerated cabinets are designed to keep humidity levels high which is the optimum environment for cakes and patisserie.
These cake displays are available in curved and square glass profiles, art deco designs, stainelss steel or marble design bases. There are numerous bench or counter top options available too.
Sizes of the cake or patisserie displays range from 900mm wide, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2100mm or 2400mm wide. They are available with matching heated displays to obtain a uniform look when side by side.
